Too often people are quick to complain and forget to acknowledge those who provide great service. In the past year we had the pleasure of adding Royal to our team to service our facility. Times Square Studios is part of The Walt Disney Company and we operate business in the heart of Manhattan. Our needs are not as simple as a regular office building site and we often have to request special pickups, at special times. Bob Guarnaccia is one individual that could give lessons in what client service means. He responds any time of day or night to all of my requests to make sure this facility is taken care of. We have high profile clients here and he understands our needs. We just made it through our 2nd New Year’s Eve and I couldn’t have done my job without the help of Bob and Royal. So on behalf of the studio I would just like to say THANKS and we appreciate the service from Royal.

As you may know, for most of the children we serve, our programs are their only opportunity for the regular physical activity they so desperately need to thrive, as students and as citizens. In this challenging economy, your friendship and support are invaluable gifts.
Now as we being the 2010-2011 school year, we are excited to be building on our recent program growth which now sees us serving more than 400 low-income schools and community centers. In New York City alone, we are serving one out of every six public schools. Amazingly, last year, children in our programs ran 1.6 million miles, an 82% increase from the year before and a significant indication that we are beginning to transform the way our nation’s children live, learn and play.

We have been a very happy and loyal customers of Royal Waste. Over my 17 years in Facilities Management, I have never had such a pleasurable experience dealing with a Waste Removal and Recycling Services company. First of all, we have an excellent Account Manager named Roland. He is extremely customer-centric and meticulously responsive to all our needs. He is also extremely creative as it pertains to the overall logistics of managing our waste collection and recycling efforts.
Before Royal partnered with us, we had a small, ineffective recycling program. Roland helped us strategically identify locations that would help turn our subpar program, into a very robust recycling program. We have also improved our efficiencies in scheduling waste removal and recycling collection, where it has a minimal effect on our operation and manpower. Also, Royal has done a great job of providing us with expeditious service when required and consistently provides us with a clean and fully functional trash compactor.
In closing, I would highly recommend that any organization chooses Royal Waste for all their waste and recycling needs. The service is exemplary and unparalleled, while the pricing is better than competitive. I look forward to continuing this relationship with Royal for many years to come.
